"Surprisingly Decent Sizing"
I ordered a jacket from 24s and, to their credit, the sizing was pretty much right, which feels like a small miracle with online shopping. It was maybe a tiny bit more fitted than I expected, but not enough to be a real issue. I used the size guide and it actually helped, which is more than I can say for a lot of size guides. Delivery was fine too. I’m giving 4 stars because I still wish the brand included more fit details, but overall it was a solid experience

"Great place to find designer pieces"
I mostly like 24S because they have such a good mix of brands and designers. You can find pieces there that don’t seem to pop up everywhere else, which is a nice bonus. it’s easy to browse and find something you like... maybe a little too easy lol. If you’re into designer shopping, I’d definitely say it’s worth checking out.

"Nice site, but it could use some work"
The site looks good and it’s easy to browse, but it can feel a bit clunky at times. Some pages take longer to load than they should, and the filters don’t always work the way I’d expect. I’m hoping they acknowledge the issues and at least offer an apology, because it does get frustrating when you’re just trying to find what you need

"Good service, but shipping is kinda pricey"
I ordered from 24s and everything arrived just fine. The package was in good shape and I didn’t have any issues with the order itself. The only thing is the shipping cost felt kinda high for what I bought. I still like the site and would probably shop there again, but maybe not for smaller items unless there’s free shipping or some kind of deal. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish delivery was a bit cheaper

"Would definitely shop here again"
I’d use 24S again for sure. I ended up finding the bag I wanted for less than on most other sites, even after adding shipping. I’d checked a few places before buying, and this was the best deal I found. Checkout was quick and easy too, so overall I was happy with the whole experience.

"Pretty accurate product photos"
I ordered a bag from 24s the photos were spot on. The color looked almost the same in person, maybe just a tiny bit darker, but nothing that really bothered me. The size and details matched the pictures well too. I’d give it 4 stars because I still think a few more close-up shots would’ve been helpful.

"Tracking was pretty much on point"
The tracking was mostly accurate, and I could usually see where my package was. There was one update that came through a little late, though to be fair I was checking it way too often because I’m impatient. Even with that, the delivery still showed up when it was supposed to, so no real complaints.

I ordered from 24s and the payment step was painless. They had the standard card options, plus PayPal, which I usually pick on fashion sites because it’s just my little mental shortcut for feeling more secure and not having to think too much about entering card details.
The only thing I’d change is showing any extra fees a bit earlier in the checkout, because I did find myself double-checking everything at the end. Still, the payment went through without any issues, the confirmation came quickly, and overall it was a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

The bag arrived in good condition, so that part was fine, but some of the details just felt a little oooff to me. I’m not 100% convinced about the authenticity, and honestlyyy I expected better from 24s...

I ordered a pair of shoes from 24s.com i’m happy with them. They look just like the photos on the site, and the material feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy or cheap.
The only reason I’d take off a star is that the box showed up with a small dent, but the shoes themselves were totally fine. If you’re ordering as a gift, maybe keep that in mind, but for personal use I’d say it’s a solid buy and I’d likely order again.

"Good deals when the timing’s right"
I grabbed a discount code for 24S and, i half expected it to fail—but it actually went through at checkout. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy fast but totally okay. I’ve kind of started just waiting for their promos now because, I mean, designer prices are still designer prices, but a good code makes it feel a little less painful.
